Holdenville Lake is the only lake owned by the city of Holdenville and offers several facilities for recreation and lodging. This includes boat ramps, fishing docks and grills. There are RV sites with electric and water hookups, a dump station, restrooms and group facilities. The picnic areas and grills provide a nice space to cook and dine while enjoying the outdoors. Swimming and boating are allowed, and there are primitive camping sites for those who prefer to sleep under the stars. Holdenville Lake has 550 surface acres and 11 miles of shoreline.
