Eischen's is the first and last word in fried chicken in Oklahoma, in addition to being the oldest bar in the state. The signature dish, a whole fried chicken, emerges sizzling hot from the kitchen fryer on butcher paper, served with white bread, pickles and onion slices. Try it with a side of fried okra, chased down with a pitcher of ice-cold beer. But be warned: show up early for dinner on the weekends or be prepared for an hours-long wait for a table.
