Don't forget your bag, not only does Cherokee Landing have an outdoor volleyball court, the park also features a thoughtfully laid out 9-hole disc golf course.

The south end of the park can be subject to flooding during high water events, so RV camping is relegated to the north end of the park. RV sites feature electric and water and can accommodate rigs up to 40 feet long. The park also has a dump station, rentable shelters and group RV camp.
