Cattlemen's has been serving hearty breakfasts and slab-like steaks to the working cowboys of Oklahoma City's Historic Stockyards since 1910, making it the city's oldest continuously operating restaurant, as well as a cultural icon. Cattlemen's features an adjoining "coffee shop-cafe," which was, in fact, the original restaurant back in 1910. This quaint eatery now opens to two large dining areas and an upstairs banquet room.

The menu includes trademark lamb fries, signature steaks, special "Blue Ribbon" prime steaks, and their famous house salad dressing. Try the Presidential Choice T-Bone, billed as “two steaks in one,” which is what President George H. Bush ate during his visit to the restaurant. This steak was also part of the challenge on the Travel Channel's show "Man vs. Food" in August 2010. In addition, Cattlemen's Steakhouse was also featured on the Food Network's "Diners, Drive-Ins & Dives" with Guy Fieri.
