Once again, attendees will have the opportunity to receive flash tattoos from Culture Tattoo artists. The cost to view the exhibit and attend the event is included with the price of admission. However, the flash tattoos will be a separate fee payable to the artist. Those who wish to receive a tattoo must be 18 years old with a valid ID. All appointments are on a first come, first serve basis.
